Hunters and Rogues examined in early series entries
Icy Veins published Countdown to Forever: 2 – They Hunt Alone on 2026-11-02, looking at how Hunters are "pursuing" in WoW: Forever compared to Classic and what the class can expect at level 60. A day earlier, on 2026-11-01, the outlet published Countdown to Forever: 3 – Will Rogues Sneak to the Top?, covering changes to Rogues described as "stabbing" in the new game. Both pieces are framed as previews rather than official Blizzard breakdowns, and only brief excerpts of each are currently available.
Priest preview rounds out the early coverage
On 2026-10-31, Icy Veins released Countdown to Forever: 4 – Are Priests Blessed by The Light?, the third entry in the series so far, discussing how Priests are "flaying" in WoW: Forever relative to Classic. As with the Hunter and Rogue entries, only an excerpt is available, and the series does not cite Blizzard directly. These previews are being released in the lead-up to the game's November 4 2026 launch, following its September 17 2026 beta start.
